I came across 'NOVA CHIU' while reading TANTRUM magazine (a relatively new UK online publication for 'unconventional and independent fashion-forward individuals aged 16-25'. I stumbled across it by stroke of luck about a week ago and it is definitely worth a flick through). They're shit is seriously CRAY.
